a bit about me

I’m Chloe Leeson, a certified health coach, personal trainer, and psychology major who genuinely cares about helping people feel better in their minds and bodies. And I also understand how challenging it is to grow and reach your wellness goals while balancing a full life.

Before Innerbloom Wellness, I spent over a decade in the fast-paced, high stress world of media and entertainment in New York and Los Angeles. It looked exciting but I was disconnected, anxious, and worn down.

I’ve always prioritized fitness and eating well but craved a fuller sense of well-being. So I curated my own wellness grad school and learned from trainers, mindset and spiritual coaches, and a top therapist. I tried countless workouts, meditation and breathwork, and created quick, healthy meals that tasted really good. Through it all, I kept detailed notes on the techniques and small shifts that created real, lasting change.

When a blood test showed my cellular age is 17 years younger than my actual age, it confirmed what I felt. This approach works. Along the way, I rediscovered a version of myself that really felt like me.

Anyone who knows me will tell you, my becoming a coach was inevitable. As much as I tried to quiet it, coaching kept popping into my path. Health and fitness has always been my passion, and it was time to fully step into it.

I’m grateful to share what actually works and be in your corner as we work toward your goals.

To your bloom,
