A bit about me - v2copy edits

I’m a certified health coach, personal trainer, and psychology major who genuinely cares about helping people feel better in their minds and bodies.

Anyone who knows me will tell you, my becoming a coach was inevitable. Before Innerbloom wellness was born, I spent over a decade in the fast-paced, high stress world of media and entertainment in New York and Los Angeles. It looked exciting but I felt disconnected, anxious, and worn down. I know firsthand how challenging it is to grow and reach your wellness goals while juggling a full life and it's pressures.

Big changes are scary but as much as I tried to quiet it, coaching kept popping into my path from various directions. I didn’t want to keep feeling like I did or look back years later wondering “what if” or “why didn’t I “. Health and fitness had always been my passion, and it was time to fully step into it.

While being active and eating well have always been important to me, I craved a fuller sense of well-being. So I curated my own wellness grad school and learned from personal trainers, mindset and spiritual coaches, and a top therapist. I tried countless fitness studios with beloved instructors, practiced meditation and breathwork and created quick, healthy meals that tasted really good. I kept detailed notes on the techniques and small shifts that created real, lasting change.

When a blood test showed my cellular age is 17 years younger than my actual age, it confirmed what I felt: this approach works. Along the way, I rediscovered a version of myself that really felt like me.

Consistency can be challenging, and progress is rarely perfect. I’m grateful to share what actually helps and be in your corner as we work toward your goals.

To your bloom,
